Rhonda

Incredible bit of software, Rhonda is a 3D drawing tool. Its started in 2003 when Amit Pitaru designed it and it continues to be developed. This video show James Paterson using Ronda in his own personal style, the results are great and it makes you think of so many ways of using it, basically I want a go!!

The conception of this project consistently derives from its underlying architecture - the theoretic conception and visual pattern of the Hamburg Kunsthalle. The Basic idea of narration was to dissolve and break through the strict architecture of O. M. Ungers "Galerie der Gegenwart". Resultant permeabilty of the solid facade uncovers different interpretations of conception, geometry and aesthetics expressed through graphics and movement. A situation of reflexivity evolves - describing the constitution and spacious perception of this location by means of the building itself.

Animal Collective

The most exciting band for me at the moment, their set at Glastonbury this year left us speechless and we are all booked up for the brixton gig in August. Not only experimental with music, but the videos are great too, My Girls is fantastic in its low-fi animated style and the new video Summer time is a incredible tripped up sensory colour explosion.
