Alannah Currie Upholstery

This chair I spotted at teh London Met is a brilliant mix of traditional upholstery and taxidermy. This was created by Alannah Currie for an Upholstery course at London Met.
Check out the website www.missspokeno.com for other weird and wonderful creations.

Harri Koskinen

Harri Koskinen a finish designer has just presented a new collection of work. His simple scandinavian designs work both functionally and aesthetically.
His 'Sofabed' is designed so that the back folds down to form a double bed and the back is also totally removable and can be used as another mattress to sleep 4 people.
Available from his website where his other pieces can be seen.

Local Artist - Banksy Exhibition

I took a trip down to Bristol, our home city to see the Banksy Exhibition. The ques were ridiculous, but the exhibition was excellent. Banksy has become such a phenomena due to his wit and clever visuals opinions on current society. If you are going down west then its worth a trip but I defnately suggest you get there early!!

NEW STOCK- French leather chair

A new chair from www.properjobshop.co.uk

1950's Leather Chair

Beautiful Chair with gold coloured steel legs and leather seat. A truely unique design. There is some wear (spot rusting on the legs and a fee marks to the leather), which is expected of a piece of this type and age but it actually adds to the character. Designer and Manufacturer unknown but we think it's of french origin.

46cm X 48cm X 84cm / £200.00 /

Dr Rogers House

One of the first projects of Lord Rogers. I love this architect and I love this house. Everything he does inspires me!

Dick Bruna

Although I have known of the Miffy books for a long time, i have only just discovered the talents of the Dick Bruna.
Dick Bruna (1927) is one of the few living Dutch artists to have achieved worldwide fame among young and old. Bruna has spent his later career developing his skills within the picture book genre, creating characters such as miffy. The work of Dick Bruna is distinguished by its simple and direct draughtsmanship. Not only has Bruna made more than a hundred picture books, he has also designed more than two thousand book covers, over one hundred posters, postcards and prints.
